Remember that from a nutritional point of view, black fruits and white fruits are the same: the main difference will depend on their type, which will therefore also affect their sugar content. In addition, black berries contain more antioxidants, as they contain anthocyanins, which are responsible for pigmentation. Do you often remove the peel? NO! If the seeds contain a large amount of linoleic acid, which prevents high cholesterol, the peel is rich in polyphenols and resveratrol: another reason to enjoy each fruit without wasting it. Only contraindicated for people with digestive problems. In fact, only in this case should the peel be removed, which slows down the digestive process due to its fiber content.
